Logan Kyle , Black Sea Rotational Force … Marines and Sailors from Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Tank Battalion, and Romanian Marines and soldiers experienced the effects of two nonlethal weapons systems during an exercise at Babadag Training Area, Romania, May 25.
